The temperature probe is a smart connected device designed to monitor the soil temperature at 20 cm underground.
The sensor is fully customizable, allowing to configure the number and frequency of the measurements. The real time collected values are sent to the management platform using GPRS communications network.
Soil temperature is a critical parameter for farmers as is directly related with the growth and health of the crops. The temperature monitoring helps the farmers on the crops management allowing to minimize the use of fertilisers and pesticides, dehumanize the processes and significant saving costs.
