TST, a global leader on IoT solutions creation, will be showcasing the application of Narrowband IoT (NB-IoT) in their waste management solution “TSwasTe” at this year’s Mobile World Congress. The MWC is the world’s largest gathering for the mobile industry, organized by the GSMA and held at the Fira Barcelona.
TST will be present in collaboration with Vodafone, showcasing two exciting scenarios:
- The first worldwide waste management city pilot based on NB-IoT. Vodafone and TST have deployed a pilot in the nearby city of Hospitalet based on NB-IoT. The visitor will be able to check on the web management platform the real-time behavior of selected waste containers in the city.
- A real-time demo at Vodafone’s booth, where the visitor will be able to see the device working on site.
